Refund & Cancellation Policy

Colecta AI Pvt Ltd ("Colecta") offers a 14-day free window that begins when you connect Instagram — no card required. After that, continued live sync and weekly briefings are provided through a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

• Every account gets the full first read and 14 days of unlimited questions for free.
• No payment is taken during the free window, so nothing is charged and nothing needs refunding.
• When the free window ends, sync pauses and your history stays readable until you subscribe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
• In India, payments use Razorpay with UPI Autopay; you can cancel the mandate in two taps from Settings at any time.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Your stored history remains readable after cancellation.

We will, however, review refunds in good faith where:

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged in error / more than once for the same period;
• A verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the paid features for a sustained period;
• A refund is required under applicable Indian law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
