Which accounts work?

Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Those are the only ones Instagram exposes insights for, so a personal account cannot be read at all.

I have a personal account. What do I do?

Switch it to Creator in Instagram: Settings and privacy, Account type and tools, Switch to professional account. It is free, reversible, and does not change how your profile looks.

How long before it says something useful?

How long is it kept?

One snapshot of your account per day, kept for the life of the account. Instagram serves about 90 days and overwrites the rest, so past that point this is the only copy.

Can I delete everything?

Yes, from the app or the web, in a couple of taps. It removes every snapshot, read, conversation and memory, and Instagram will not backfill any of it afterwards.

Why do some days bring nothing?

Because nothing cleared the bar. The rules that pick a read are deliberately strict, and a quiet day is the most common day — you get at most one read a day, and often none.

What is a verdict?

Two days after you post, once the numbers have settled, it tells you what that post actually did against your own median rather than against anyone else.

The video file itself: the opening, where the cuts fall, the framing, the audio, and the text on screen. Every finding carries the second it happened, so the note and the moment are the same thing.

Do I have to post a reel first?

No. Upload a draft before it goes out, or pick a reel already on your account. A posted one comes back with its own numbers beside the footage; a draft is read on the footage alone, and it says so.

How is the score worked out?

A fixed rubric out of 100 — hook 30, pacing 20, visual 20, audio 15, engagement 15 — with the same weights for every reel. No model decides the number, and you always see the five parts behind it.

How long can a reel be?

Up to 90 seconds. Past that the read thins out, so it stops rather than guess at the back half.

It is kept for 30 days so the timeline can play, then deleted. The read itself — the findings, the score and the numbers — stays as long as your account does.

Will it compare my reel to other creators?

No. There is no data on anyone else. Where a comparison appears it is against your own reels of a similar length and age, and it names the set.

What do I get in the fourteen days?

How do I cancel?

Two taps, no email and no retention call. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your stored history stays readable either way.

Charges are generally not refunded, because the first fourteen days are free to judge it by — but write to us and we look at every request. A refund also reverses any referral commission earned on that subscription.

India is billed in rupees with GST included; everywhere else is in dollars. The plan is identical.

I subscribed on my iPhone. Why can I not cancel on the web?

Because Apple handles that billing, and only Apple can change it. Manage it in your App Store subscriptions — the app links you straight there.

What does this do?

It lets Claude read the same stored history Colecta reads, so you can ask about your own account in the conversation where you are writing the caption.

How do I set it up?

In Claude, add a custom connector with the Colecta address, press Connect, then Allow. Do it on a desktop — the connector settings are not in Claude’s mobile app.

Is it safe?

The connection sees exactly what Colecta itself can see, and nothing more. It is read-only, cannot post as you, and revoking it in Settings cuts access immediately.

Share your link or code. When someone subscribes through it, you earn 30% of their first billing period, rising to 35% and 40% by volume. They get 30 days free instead of 14.

When does it pay out?

After a 30-day holding period, so a refund does not claw back money you have already been sent. Payouts are arranged once earnings clear.

Can I lose money I have earned?

Only to a refund. If someone you referred is refunded, that commission reverses — which is what the holding period is for.
