What does the person I refer actually get?
Thirty days of live sync free instead of fourteen, applied at signup through your link or code. Their price afterwards is unchanged — the commission comes out of our revenue, not their bill.
So this is one payment per person, not a monthly cut?
One payment, covering their first billing period only. We would rather pay you properly once than send you 40 cents a month forever.
Why is $42 not just 30% of $149?
Because it is 30% of net — what reaches us after the app store takes its share and after tax. We show the real number rather than a gross figure you would never receive.
Can I lose money I have already earned?
Only to a refund. If someone you referred gets refunded, that commission reverses off your balance. The holding period exists so this almost always happens before you are paid.
Do I have to keep the posts up?
No. Verification is a snapshot — once both posts verify you stay verified, and deleting them later changes nothing.
How do I actually get paid?
We email you from contact@colecta.ai once your balance clears the holding period, and settle it whichever way suits you. There is no payout form to fill in and no tax paperwork to upload.
